There are rarely two projects that are exactly alike and each site provides new design challenges. FMRW has encountered many of the site specific and utility related problems that exist in today’s Plumbing industry and have been able to successfully design and specify a wide variety of Plumbing systems. We work closely with the Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Fire Protection Engineers as well as the owner to provide code compliant and energy efficient systems to meet the needs and budget of the client. Whether it may be a small renovation to an existing building or the design of a completely new facility, FMRW has the experience to get the job done right and on schedule.

Our design services include, but are not limited to, the following:

Domestic water distribution: Cold, hot and hot water recirculation, including pressure booster and recirculation pumps, gas or electric water heaters and storage tanks as well as instantaneous steam water heating systems

Sanitary and Storm Drainage: Sanitary waste and vent, roof drainage, foundation and under slab drainage systems, oil and grease removal, sump pumps and sewage ejectors

Healthcare medical gas: Medical air, oxygen, vacuum, nitrous oxide, nitrogen and carbon dioxide piping distribution, alarm systems, compressors, vacuum pumps, manifolds and bulk supply systems

Laboratory systems : Acid waste and vent, acid neutralization tanks, compressed air, lab vacuum, natural gas, deionized water and reverse osmosis systems
